A. J. Singh – Passionate Teacher

A.J. Singh brings 18 years of experience as a seasoned real estate investor to our Rotary club. With a background in both single-family and multi-family rentals, he excels in transforming value-added properties into high-value assets. His expertise extends to identifying lucrative investment opportunities and executing strategic renovations to maximize returns. Prior to his full-time commitment to real estate, A.J. spent two decades as a restaurant franchisee.

A.J. is deeply passionate about teaching financial literacy and passive investing to his peers. Outside of his professional interests, he enjoys playing tennis with higher-ranked players and is currently focused on the importance of diet and exercise for maintaining health. His commitment to learning and growth extends to all areas of his life.

When it comes to unwinding, A.J. has a soft spot for binge-watching Netflix spy thrillers and crime dramas, particularly those set in Europe. It’s his favorite way to relax and indulge in a bit of escapism.

As a first-generation immigrant, A.J. is immensely proud of achieving the American dream. This accomplishment allows him to give back in meaningful ways, such as supporting educational scholarships in his hometown of Amritsar, India. At MES High School, children can receive free education from 1st to 12th grade, thanks to his generous contributions.

In his first year as a Rotarian, A.J. has found great fulfillment in witnessing the dedication of his fellow club members. He values the impactful global grants provided by the Rotary Foundation and is inspired by the meaningful events and activities at the club that enhance his desire to serve the community.
